How We Work
Our process is thoughtful, creative and highly collaborative. Have questions? Send us a message!
1. The Brief
Once we’ve received your intake form, we schedule a meeting to go over the details. From there we draw up a comprehensive proposal for your approval. The idea is to lay out crystal clear expectations for both sides, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
2. The Sitemap
Once the project has been defined, we move on to the sitemap of your new website. A sitemap is essentially a list of pages mapped out in relation to one another. The drawing helps to illustrate the proposed functionality of the site. It’s nerdy, but it works!
3. The Prototype
A prototype is a bare-bones version of the proposed site. The purpose is to show our clients how the site will behave within the web space, without letting any design decisions get in the way.
4. The Design
The design often happens in tandem with the prototype stage. THIS is the fun part: we collaborate closely with the client to establish the look and feel of the site. This is where the magic happens!
5. The Delivery
Once we’ve received a formal sign-off on the design and prototyping stages, the web build begins! At this stage most (if not all) of the big decisions have been made. Now it’s merely a matter of putting all of the pieces together!
6. Web Care
Now that the new site has gone live, the work is far from over. A website is a huge investment and we’re committed to protecting the sites that we build. Head to our Web Care Page to learn more.
Once we’ve received your intake form, we will schedule a meeting to go over the details either in person, by phone or via Skype.
2. The Brief
Now that the Discovery session is complete, we can draw up a comprehensive proposal for your approval. The idea is to lay out crystal clear expectations for both sides, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
3. Custom Plan
This is where the rubber hits the road! This is where we apply our analysis of your business and put together a custom plan, addressing your specific goals and business objectives.
Now that a plan is in place a comprehensive schedule will be drawn up and reviewed by AlchemyThree and key members of your team. This schedule could include social media campaigns, newsletters, print material, photo/video shoots and ongoing content generation.
This is where all of the careful planning pays off. We’ve identified all of the components and established timing–now it’t time to make the magic happen!
